    The LiftHer Virtual Girl Tea Chat is a monthly online gathering where women come together in a relaxed, sisterhood setting to sip tea (or coffee ☕️), share stories, and be strengthened in faith, identity, and purpose.

    This is more than just conversation it’s mentorship, encouragement, and authentic sisterhood in action. Each month centers on a theme that speaks to the heart of women walking with God.

    Every quarter, LIFT International hosts a themed empowerment gathering to inspire, educate, and activate women of faith. These are virtual or hybrid events held within the network, combining worship, teaching, practical workshops, and panel discussions featuring global voices in ministry, the marketplace, and community advocacy

    Each year, LIFT International hosts one major summit either in-person, virtual, or hybrid that brings together women from all over the world for a power-packed experience of worship, word, wellness, and divine alignment.

    Inspired by Isaiah 61:3 – To bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair.
    Purpose
    The Beauty for Ashes Retreat is a sacred time of refreshing, restoration, and realignment for women who desire to exchange past pain for God’s healing and purpose. It’s designed to help women heal from brokenness, rediscover their identity in Christ, and step boldly into their Kingdom calling.
    This retreat creates a safe, Spirit-led environment where women are poured into through worship, teaching, healing sessions, and sisterhood connection.

    The Royal Diadem Awards is LIFT International’s annual honor and recognition program that celebrates women who exemplify the heart of servant leadership, spiritual resilience, and unwavering commitment to kingdom purpose. Inspired by Isaiah 62:3 — “You will be a crown of splendor in the Lord’s hand, a royal diadem in the hand of your God,” this initiative highlights women whose lives shine as jewels in God’s hand.

    At LIFT International Inc., prayer is the heartbeat of our sisterhood. Each month, we gather together in a sacred space of intercession, worship, and reflection to cover women, families, and nations in prayer.

    This monthly prayer time is designed to:

    • Unite women of faith across the globe in one accord.
    • Strengthen spiritual foundations through corporate intercession.
    • Create a safe atmosphere to release burdens, receive encouragement, and hear from God.
    • Declare prophetic prayers over our lives, communities, and spheres of influence.
